Bio:
Bill Gallagher completed his undergraduate studies at Stetson University in Deland, Florida. He graduated with a double major: Fine Arts & English, and completed a triple minor: art history, humanities, and sociology. Bill left Stetson University with honors and accolades. In fact, he won every award Stetson offered in the art department, and when they ran out of awards to offer they created awards for him. His was the first work from an undergraduate ever purchased by the University.
Armed with completely useless degrees for the modern world, Bill began a successful career as a professional artist. At a very young age, Bill Gallagher exhibited his work in cities such as New York, Milan, Sydney and Los Angeles. He learned quickly that marketing had everything to do with his success in the art world, and he began marketing other artists and exhibits. Consequently, Bill fell in love with marketing and the success that can be gleaned from running a seamless campaign.
At the age of 27, Bill was hired by a furniture company to run their advertising department. After a successful five year run, he was recruited by DME as their Creative Director. Recognizing great talent when he sees it, marketing guru Alin Jacobs hired Bill to be the Director of Creative Strategies for the Direct Marketing Alliance.
Bill Gallagher currently resides in a forgotten beach town in Florida with his wife Denise, and his two children, Eli and Thea. In Bill’s spare time he races cars in the SCCA and is a two time state champion.
